HSSEQ Admin (General Admin)






Job Description
•  Archive all department/division documents and reports
•  Maintain updated travel records for HSSEQ personnel
•  Assist HSSEQ personnel on every official trip, including expense reports.
•  Make PO / PR for payment if there is a need for payment to external parties (vendor)
•  Help maintain department division data

Requirement
•  SMA/D3/S1 from all majors. Experienced as admin at least 1 year
•  Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel & Word)
•  Fluent in English, spoken and written
