UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities :

• Create a user friendly and aesthetic interface design with a clear communication and direction.
• Design exploration from wire framing to prototyping, conduct concept testing, user research, and usability test to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to deliver the ideas in the brainstorming or feedback session.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and address user pain points
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Actively contribute to the development of design system and design documentation.

Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and advocate for our users.
* Embrace an iterative design process, be open to feedback, and continuously improve designs based on user insights.
* Demonstrated experience in User Testing/Prototyping/research methods.
* Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating web application interfaces in Figma, Adobe creative suite, and other latest design software.
* Experience with Design System/Components and presenting to team and stakeholders to ensure that design meet business goals.
