Job Summary : Performing all secretarial support
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide personal assistance and secretarial support
Provide reports and minutes of meetings, scheduling, appointments, and taking calls before proceeding
Handling correspondences with local and overseas clients
Maintaining confidential files and other material, essential to user duties, ensuring every file are properly marked and accessible
Prepare monthly report for petty cash and other claims
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in secretarial or any relevant major
Have 1 year experience as Secretary but fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply
Strong in English both oral and written, computer literate is a must
Possess good communication skills, fast response, energetic and self-driven
Good in office management and attention to detail
Able to join within 1-month notice or immediately
