Training Superintendent (ex Seafarer)




JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible to conduct training need analysis for vessel crew, both for deck and engine room. Prepare training matrix and modules. Deliver training as needed both inhouse (office) and on vessel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

  1. Conduct training needs analysis for every position available on vessel
  2. Develop customize training program with relevant training modules and materials
  3. Source and recommend training programs
  4. Ensure trainings matrix are updates every time, refers to global standard for maritime industry
  5. Deliver training program directly as needed, tracking training delivery effectiveness
  6. Establish training & performance record including evaluation and reward-punishment
  7. Ensure sustainable process of knowledge management align with company needs
  8. Support Crewing VP for vessel crew induction / knowledge enhancement

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree in Maritime Studies - requirement as Master Mariner or Marine Engineer Class 1 (seafarer background) or Any related Major
  2. Having no less than 2 years in training area of proven track in training and development area, including talent management at shipping related industry
  3. Possess good analytical thinking, communication and training delivery skills
  4. Familiar with training report at managerial report
  5. Willing to travel frequently
  6. Able to join within 1 month notice
