Vessel Security Assistant Manager (ANT 1)

JOB OVERVIEW :

The Ship Security Asst. Manager is responsible to implement, enforce ship’s security policies and assist crewing team to screening ship crew candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Reviewing Security condition via Random Checks / calls to company vessel
2. Conduct review for attitude check for all sign on crew
3. Assist recruitment team for all new joining crew to ensure clean background check
4. Maintaining database on any information on Security & Close communication with the Head of Department
5. Maintain discipline (check and evaluation) for all vessel crew
6. Conduct interview for sign off crew to check incompatibility onboard

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor Degree from Maritime Studies (candidate with ANT-I or ANT-II
2. Having experience as Master or Ch. Officer in Oil / Chemical / Gas Tanker
3. Solid knowledge for safety and rules onboard vessel
4. Having integrity, Honest, and procedural minded
5. Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding proficiency in English
6. Able to join within 1-month notice
