Ensuring vessel operation are running smoothly without any issue

Job Details

  1. Updating vessel locations (Time arrival, departure, berthing etc.)
  2. Provide vessel operation daily report
  3. Distribute vessel daily report update to related Dept. (Marine, Technical, Purchasing, Logistic)
  4. Follow up for every incoming request from charterer
  5. Ensuring logistic supply are timely manner (Bunker, fresh water, etc.)
  6. Process payments to vendors for every invoices related to ship operations activity
  7. Ensuring each vessel comply with charterer requirement
  8. Collecting cargo document for each voyage

Requirements

  1. Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree Marine Engineering / Naval Architect / Industrial Engineering or any relevant major
  2. Max. 28 y.o
  3. 1 year working experience as operation staff in shipping company, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  4. Possess good communication and negotiation skills
  5. English fluency both oral & written
  6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office package
  7. Willing to travel if required
