Requirements:
• Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology/HR Management or related major
• Interested in recruitment & talent acquisition
• Good communication and administrative skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Familiar with psychological testing tools
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities:
• Assist end-to-end recruitment process
• Screening CV and scheduling interviews
• Support job posting and candidate database management
• Assist recruitment administration and reporting
• Support employer branding and other HR activities
