Government Relation Staff






Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government institutions, maritime authorities, port authorities, and other related stakeholders to support vessel operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage vessel certifications, permits, licenses, and statutory documents, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support vessel inspections, audits, authority visits, and regulatory reviews, including the preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
  • Maintain vessel certification databases and track the status of submissions, approvals, and outstanding regulatory matters.
  • Prepare reports on certification status, government submissions, pending approvals, and compliance-related activities.
  • Provide administrative and financial support for certification processes, document processing, inspections, and other regulatory activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Port & Shipping Management (preferable) / Maritime Studies
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in ship certification , fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Solid knowledge of ship certificate
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding proficiency in English
  • Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency
