Shipyard Engineering Manager

Responsible for technical overview of all activities of the new build/repair projects to achieve timely completion of the project under subsidiary of Soechi Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible for the technical overview of shipyard activities related to new build/repair project
• Controlling all resources for optimum productivity
• Ensuring compliance with Technical specifications, contract, regulatory, and class standard
• Liaison and coordinate with clients, regulatory institution, consultant, contractors to meet with client expectation
• Ensuring each project (milestone) and commercial controls are achieved by effective planning, logistic support, and neat execution
• Provide comprehensive report/input to the planning department
• Impalement Standard Operation Procedures and HSE practices aligned to scope of work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Naval / Marine Technical Engineering (Ship Building)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in related field preferably in the same position
• Have familiarity with ship design, constructions, and project overview
• Ability to formulate and implement technical services and forecast with strategic and technical planning
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, management and communication skills
