Legal Supervisor






Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review and examine draft contracts and legal agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate and manage field activities related to the preparation and execution of legal documents with external parties.

  • Maintain and organize legal databases, including contracts, agreements, corporate legal documents, government permits, and other records relevant to the company's legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor the validity of legal documents and ensure timely renewal or updating of contracts, permits, and other records prepared by both the Legal Department and external parties.

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Manager, including coordinating departmental budgets, procurement of office supplies, and other divisional administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a legal or corporate environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in legal documentation and records management.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
