Project Manager (Naval Architect)

JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for managing the project docking division, especially related to project engineering management to achieve the quality/targets set, through the implementation of effective engineering project management in the Soechi Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Responsible for managing projects that are under his responsibility including documents, databases, checking project activities and maintaining communication with the team both internal and external parties
2. Coordinate with internal parties as well as clients regarding ongoing projects (project status, work targets and future plans)
3. Being a liaison between the procurement company related to the project being handled, especially related to the needs of contractors
4. Coordinate with the project manager (direct superior) to provide monthly reports, costs and perform other work related to the project being worked on
5. Perform schedule planning, and determine work goals and ensure compliance with work plans and initial design
6. Responsible for communicating the timeline / milestone of the project being handled
7. Coordinate with superiors to provide reports related to the project and carry out other work assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent Engineering background
2. At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Supervisor/Asst. Manager Level specialized in Maritime / Construction / Shipyard Industry
4. Proficient in operation of Primavera Software or Ms. Project is a must
5. Strong analytical skills and details oriented
6. Mandatory Skill(s): Microsoft Project, Primavera, Project Management
7. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
